Gmail access and purpose

TDSB Gmail Automation uses Gmail read-only access solely to identify designated messages and associated instructions for approved TDSB booking and cancellation workflows. It does not send email or modify mailbox content.

Data use and disclosure

Gmail data is used only for the operational purpose described above. It is not sold to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Account access

Access is limited to the designated authorized Gmail account and authorized operators.
